Clain's Real Estate & Banking Briefs
A Research-Newsletter focused exclusively on the Real Estate and Financial Institutions industries.
As it relates to these industries -- How many news articles, economists' views, and analysts' reports are published on these industries, but you're unaware of them due to the inability to do research?
- Do you subscribe to numerous business journals, newspapers, and/or analytical reports, but can't spend the time or lack the organization to review them for what's pertinent and mundane?
- Would it be valuable for you to have someone provide a frequent global perspective of the major news sources and analysts' reporting/opining on these industries, plus well-informed editorials on the capital markets?
What We DoWe serve as your research assistant, or in-house librarian, by compiling contemporary media accounts, news articles and analytical reports focused exclusively on all aspects on the commercial/residential real estate and financial institutions industries. Key issues mundane to these industries are selected from a broad of spectrum and formatted in "comparable analysis" manner, thereby allowing our subscribers to review the same topics from a variety of perspectives.
Published weekly, the REBB aspires to provide contra viewpoints that are often misrepresented and/or under-reported by the general news media. Any one story/topic frequently has other perspectives opining on it, but with those alternative points of view not being as well known or readily available. Our objective is to offer "fair and balanced" research on the topics covered, and we do so by researching as many positions on the industry topics covered.
To avoid becoming too dry and analytical, the REBB intentionally offers a breath and depth of information for both the expert and novices interested in these industries. For that purpose, in addition to the more technical and detailed information the REBB is known for providing, we also frequently include basic training information on technical topics relevant to these industries.
Subscriber BenefitsEmbracing the theory that time-is-money, the REBB serves it subscribers as a means to keep them abreast of the information necessary to assist in determining market trends in the real estate and financial institutions industries. Our subscribers save valuable time by not having to search multiple sources for this information, and by not having to obtain the same breath and depth of resources we utilize to gather it.
Given the amount of time spent by the REBB staff researching, reviewing and formulating the information contained within our Newsletter, Market Update and Special Reports, plus the resources expended to gather the information utilized, the REBB provides a great value to the industry professional or the lay person desiring to stay informed.
Market Updates, Special Reports and EditorialsToday's capital markets move at "light speed" relative to those of even a few years ago. While preparing the REBB we're constantly searching for important issues and topics that our subscribers need to know about immediately. When this breaking news happens, we create and send out a Market Update via E-mail. If the topic warrants more intense study, a Special Report is created and posted to the website portal.
Since our staff reviews all of the information published in the REBB, this allows us to formulate and publish our own exclusive Editorials. These are authored by our Editor, Clain Brandt, who with 30 plus years of capital markets, commercial banking and real estate development/investment background is well qualified to provide his analytical and historical insight on a variety of industry related topics. Our Editorials are often referenced by our subscribers in their own research, and Clain is frequently called upon by industry media resources and quoted for his expert insight and opinion.
Research QueriesWe encourage our subscribers to contact us. This is an interactive research service, and we frequently communicate with our subscribers on a variety of industry related topics. If a subscriber communicates a query to our group, we attempt to assist by either directing them to a reference resource or networking their question - anonymously - with other subscribers.
Predicated on the size of our database, a subscriber's query is as likely to receive multiple insights and opinions from any number of our contacts. We opted for this as opposed to hosting a blogging service. It also assures us the ability to vet the information resources for the inquiring party.
